Work on your mobility through controlled movements, exploring your range and flexibility.
A 25 minute workout that will get your heart rate up, but - as always - gently. Barefoot or with sneakers, if your joints benefit from extra cushioning.
This class will focus on the upper body, arms, shoulders, back and core but that does not mean that you won’t feel the rest of your body too.
Soft, slow mobility, some gentle strengthening and stretching to give space to all feelings.
Feeling into standing tall through Pilates movements that lengthen, strengthen and make you feel into your own growth.
The first class in this Series where we simply take inventory of our body mind and spirit through movement of Pilates and Yoga inspired exercises.
Maybe one of the most challenging ways to feel made a little more accessible with a beautiful stillness mediation.
Let’s call it: Most of us are stressed. And so are our bodies.
I experienced first hand how too much can defeat all purpose. Too much of doing all the right things, too much of abstaining from doing any “wrong”. Only later did I realise that I was sticking to rigid ideas and strict rules for a false sense of security. To keep myself from the hurt of uncertainty. To numb myself.
I built this platform to encourage you to move your body, live an active life, get used to being outside no matter the weather.
But most importantly to move your body to feel.
Your body being a pathway to your mind, and maybe deeper.
So dive into these themed classes - move, listen, learn and feel!
With love Anina

Release
Let’s do this! Grab a pair of resistance bands or tights and let’s go! A full body Pilates Style workout that will get a gentle sweat and burn going.
Let’s do this! Today without weights. Instead be prepared for a gentle heart rate booster!
Is there anything a Squat can't do? Certainly not, if you add variety and - if you wish to do so - a resistance band.
This one is a little different, get ready to have fun. 4 Circuits for three rounds each. You will work for 30 seconds on and 15 seconds off.
Add optional weights (water bottles, small wieghts, wrist weights) to add an extra layer to this workout or do it wothout - either way, your arms will feel it.

All you need is a mat! No special equipment is necessary for most of the videos, but some classes have the option of working with resistance bands or adding weights. However, the latter can also be water bottles, for example. I will always give you options and inform you at the beginning of the class about what equipment you need and what you can use as an alternative.

You do not need to be an experienced over. The classes are designed for all levels and I will always give you options. But, be prepared to be challenged in many of the classes. If you want to be sue to execute some of the more common movements correct, have a look at the Technique Videos.

Sculpt, Refine, Release and Relax are the four elements, that in my opinion create a well-rounded workout experience. Refine is inspired by Pilates and Barre movements, Release classes add another level in form of Cardio or Strength, Relax is all about Yoga, Stretching and Mindfulness, Sculpt is our newest add on and what most in person classes are based on. It is our most challenging style, combining strength, repetition and fun - here, I often suggest props - if this is your favourite you might want to consider investing in some light weights, a block and some resistance bands. .

I have found it difficult to stick to rigid workout schedules myself. Physically and mentally. Especially if they included weekend classes. I wanted to use weekends to spend time with a partner, my friends, be in nature. Some workout schedules interfered with this and added anther stressor. So whilst there are no scheduled classes, I encourage you t do something that does you well. Hopefully this will include movement, nature, connection and fun. And if you really want to, you are free to add one of the classes from the full library.

Wednesdays are the mid-week cardio break that YOU need. I do not feel cofotabel in telling you what exactly that is, but I recommend going for a long walk, adding a run if that is what you like or adding an incline treadmill workout. You can find a post on the blog on what and why I suggest it. Try and do what your body is craving and how you can get a gentle, steady state heart rate going.
This Sculpt class focuses on movements that are a little more detail orientated, need a little more form and gives the usual fire.
