Join me this summer for a special online edition of embodi by Anina. We'll be moving the Friday Vibe online for the summer - so you can join from wherever you are.

embodi is a mindful, music-driven conditioning class that blends Pilates, yoga, and functional strength into one fluid, energizing practice. Through intentional movement, rhythmic repetition, and breath, we'll build heat, improve strength, stability, and mobility while cultivating presence and body awareness.

The class is designed to be challenging and effective using just your body weight, making it perfect to do from home or while travelling.

However, if you'd like to add a little extra challenge, feel free to have a pair of light dumbbells, two filled water bottles (500 ml or 1 L), or a resistance band nearby, but no equipment is required.
